2. The game
Grid Takeover is a browser-based strategy game. Individual features, game modes and rules may be developed or adjusted, particularly to fix errors, improve game balance or provide new features.

Grid Takeover richtet sich an Personen ab 16 Jahren. Für die Registrierung bestätigst du, mindestens 16 Jahre alt zu sein. Ein exaktes Geburtsdatum wird hierfür nicht erhoben. Minderjährige Nutzer dürfen kostenpflichtige Leistungen nur in dem Umfang erwerben, in dem die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind und eine erforderliche Zustimmung ihrer gesetzlichen Vertreter vorliegt.
3. Kostenlose und kostenpflichtige Nutzung
Grundfunktionen von Grid Takeover können kostenlos genutzt werden. Sofern kostenpflichtige Funktionen oder virtuelle Inhalte angeboten werden, werden Preis und wesentliche Bedingungen vor dem jeweiligen Kauf transparent angezeigt. Weitere kaufrechtliche, steuerliche, Widerrufs- und Erstattungsregelungen werden vor Aktivierung von Echtgeldzahlungen ergänzt.
4. Fair play
Manipulating the game, automated play against other users, exploiting security vulnerabilities or bypassing technical safeguards is not permitted. For online features, abusive accounts or results may be restricted, reset or blocked.

When player profiles and leaderboards are used, ratings or results may be adjusted if required to correct errors, address proven manipulation or carry out a season change.

The game design, source code, texts, graphics and other Grid Takeover content are protected unless explicitly stated otherwise. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

Grid Takeover may be temporarily unavailable, for example due to maintenance, security measures or technical disruptions.
9. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law.
10. Changes
If these Terms of Use change materially and users need to be informed, the new version will be communicated appropriately.
